Looks Great. Wife Loves It.
We were looking to replace our bathtub surround. We aren't ready for a shower conversion as we have a cast iron tub that's solid as a rock. Tony came out and explaining their product and service and showed samples. He did not press us for a hard sale, just offered what they could do and quoted a price. We signed a contract and Tony said they were 6-7 weeks out - which was reasonable since we were in the holiday season. Yesterday Gabe and Brandon came out to do the install. Sure, I was concerned that sales says one thing and installers say something cannot be done but EVERYTHING Tony said was to be done, Gabe and Brandon completed. My wife works til 3 and they said they would be finished by 3. Sure enough, they were finished, cleaned up and gone before my wife came home. When I say cleaned up, they sure did. You could not tell they were even there. Gabe and Brandon were courteous and polite and easy to talk to during the entire install. Boy was my wife surprised. She sat there for 5 minutes admiring her new tub surround. She took pics and videos and told me the bathroom is now the nicest room in our house. Palmetto Bath exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you. Eric
