Simple and safe
Bath Planet was a pleasant experience from Conan coming out for the free consultation taking the time to explain everything with the suggestions of how to keep the walk in shower in budget to the safest approach for preventing falls. The shower installer Clint was very nice and respectful of the home even tolerating working around our little house dog barking at him. He worked constantly from the time he arrived at 8am until 6pm then had to come back the next day to finish after running into some unforeseen complications with the design of the bathroom. Clint knowledgeably worked out the not so squared bathroom into a beautiful, simple, and safe walk in shower for my handicapped elderly mother giving her that extended independence of continuing her own personal hygiene without putting her safety in jeopardy. I highly recommend bath planet.

Our installer Clint did a fantastic job pulling out our old shower/tub, replacing the subfloor and plumming, and putting our new shower tub in all in the same day! We couldn’t be more pleased.

Absolutely Perfect!
My bathroom is absolutely perfect! I love how beautiful it looks and I am so happy Conan and I spent time together planning out what would work best. I'm not sure where to start in expressing my joy and gratitude to Conan, Scott, and Clint. I chose Bath Planet because Conan said to me that he believed in doing the work right, serving with integrity, and taking care of customers like they were family. I had 11 quotes for my bathroom and although Bath Planet was somewhere in between I knew I wanted this team to do the work. Gosh, did my bathroom test them. My house is a 1932 cottage made of cinderblock covered in plaster, with an original bathtub. When Scott arrived at my scheduled appointment day (on time and professional) he quickly identified a leak in my wall caused by improperly installed siding. He was not willing to compromise and just cover up a problem that hadn't been resolved. There was no cutting corners. After calling Conan to consult, Scott agreed to return Wednesday to fix the siding and install a new window with Clint and get my bathtub installed over the weekend... Between termite eaten floor joists, cinder block walls that caused issues for plumbing and fitting the bath, the bathroom work flowed into Monday. I know that it was hard and aggravating work and Clint and Scott were absolutely wonderful throughout. My bathroom looks like a staged stock photo now it is so beautiful! I am so glad I chose Bath Planet!
